Enriched Lives Coaching Empowerment Project (ELCE) is a fully funded initiative designed to support care-experienced young people living semi-independently or independently.  We believe it take a village to raise a community, which is why we've gathered a diverse team of holistic facilitators counsellors to deliver a project aimed at propelling care-experience young people to the next level in their lives.
